Delivery and returns for goods fulfilled by OccaStore follow the carrier service selected for each order and the returns process agreed for your account.
Delivery
Dispatch cut-offs, carrier services and destination coverage are confirmed in your rate card and portal. Tracking is provided where the carrier supplies it.
Returns
Returns are inspected and restocked or quarantined under your account rules. Volume allowances appear on the Technology and account management plans.
