Receiving & storage
Container devanning, pallet and case receipt, ASN checks, and shelf or pallet storage with ageing visibility by SKU.
UK 3PL fulfilment services
One reliable partner for brands that want to outsource fulfilment. Live stock and order visibility, marketplace integrations and a named account manager, all in this portal.
Services
Container devanning, pallet and case receipt, ASN checks, and shelf or pallet storage with ageing visibility by SKU.
Barcode-scanned retrieval, secure packing, packing slips and channel-ready labels for DTC and B2B.
Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 as standard, with carrier selection against service, weight and destination.
Inspection, restock or quarantine, logged against the original order and visible in your dashboard.
Approved marketplace channels connected to your account, including FBA prep and TikTok Shop where agreed.
A named contact, ticket management and user access control under one monthly technology fee.
Batch codes, best-before dates and FEFO picking are not a module we switched on. They are how the warehouse was set up, because this is the category we buy and sell ourselves. Plenty of 3PLs will handle your stock. Fewer know what short-dated means to your margin.
Batch code, best-before and quantity captured per pallet at goods in. Standard, not a chargeable extra.
First-expiry-first-out, with short-dated stock flagged in the portal before it becomes a write-off.
Any batch traces back to the orders it shipped in, so a withdrawal takes minutes.
MyProtein's biggest online reseller, supplying gyms, retailers and convenience across the UK. Your stock sits in a warehouse that already trades your category, and can reach those buyers without a second logistics hop.
Specialist versus generalist
The differences only surface when a batch needs withdrawing or a retailer rejects short-dated stock.
Generalist:Chargeable extra, often manual
:Standard on every receipt
Generalist:Per SKU, if at all
:Per batch, surfaced in the portal
Generalist:FIFO
:FEFO by default, FIFO on request
Generalist:None
:Flagged at a threshold you set
Generalist:Manual reconciliation
:Batch to order, on demand
Generalist:Generic consumer goods
:We buy and sell this category ourselves
Non-food brands are welcome. The same warehouse, carriers and portal. The specialism is what you get on top.
Two workflows
Neither workflow slows the other, because each runs in its own building on its own schedule.
Pallet picking, flexible pallet storage and stock-ageing dashboards. Booked-in deliveries dispatch via pallet service only.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Warehouse System, Amazon, eBay and TikTok integrations, branded packaging, automated carrier logic and graded returns.
Onboarding
Four steps, one account manager
We connect your channels and run test orders end to end.
Barcodes, dimensions, batch rules and pick faces configured.
Your first inbound is free of charge and receipted against your stock file.
Raise requests, attach documents and track progress in the ticketing portal.
Goods in captures batch code, best-before and quantity per pallet. Picking is first-expiry-first-out by default, and short-dated stock is flagged in the portal before a retailer rejects it, not after.
The Portal
Sign in to check live stock by SKU, book inbound deliveries, follow every dispatch and pull the reports your finance team asks for. OccaStore also offers an integration API for 3PL customers.
Bridge Ops
Bridge Ops is OccaStore's integration layer. It moves orders, stock and status between your sales channels, retailer systems and our warehouses, so fulfilment runs on live data instead of spreadsheets and manual uploads. Channel licences on each plan cover Bridge Ops connections for those channels.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop, wired so orders land in the warehouse without re-keying.
Live stock levels and order status move between your channels, the Warehouse System and the OccaStore portal.
Tracking and fulfilment updates push back to the sales channel so customers see the same truth you do.
Purchase orders, acknowledgements, ASNs and invoices where a retailer requires EDI, scoped and agreed per account.
Enterprise plans unlock API support and bespoke connectors when an off-the-shelf channel feed is not enough.
Every connected flow is visible in the customer portal: open orders, stock by SKU, inbound and returns.
Included channel capacity follows your technology plan (1 on Standard, 3 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise). Extra connectors and EDI trading partners are scoped per account.
